Aaron Mooy with an assist in the League Cup overnight. Huddersfield went down 2-1 to Shrewsbury

Sounds like he's been in good form. Bad result for the team though. It'd be interesting to see Huddersfield draw Premier League opposition in the FA Cup, and see how Mooy handles that.

Congrats guys on signing Tim Cahill, I'd like to know we're he fits into the squad as you guys already have the best striker in the A league Bruno Fornaroli.

Keeping in mind we still have two visa spots available, one of which is a marquee; our best lineup id probably looking something like:

You think putting a 25 goal a season striker out of position from last season is a good idea?

Melbourne City FC, Jacob Melling and Jack Clisby have agreed to mutually terminate contracts effective immediately, allowing the players to pursue another opportunity in the Hyundai A-League.
Melling, 21, made 36 appearances for the Club after making his debut in 2014, netting his first A-League goal during the 2014/15 season in Round 15.

The midfielder’s tenacious attitude made him a fan favourite at the Club alongside his strong defensive work and desire to win the ball.

Clisby, 24, joined the Club at the mid-point of the 2014/15 season, displaying his versatility at both full-back and centre-back during his 31 appearances.

The Club would like to thank Jacob and Jack for their contribution and professionalism during their time at Melbourne City and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.

Absolutely shattered about Melling, he may not be the best player in our squad but his determination and work rate were unmatched. Josh Rose signed today who I thought was going to become our first choice LB but with Clisby going he will hopefully take Clisby's squad spot.

I thank them both for their efforts and wish them nothing but the best.

Manny Muscat is a handy LB, he's all we need there IMO. I would be hoping we can get maybe the 6th in line CB at Manchester City who wants games on loan?

As much as Demichelis is a squd. I would've had him out here as a marquee CB maybe. But he's found a club in Spain.

I was just making a comment. Because I'm sure the 6th in line at MC would be a gun in the A-League.
SBS reported we're close to signing a South American CB.
Okay. Who?
