I can only see the hold up being them wanting to keep Caleb Martin at this stage and Portland holding firm. It does seem like their is a fair bit of interest in Herro for a 1st rounder and player elsewhere. I also expect Portland can on trade the 2028 and 2030 first rounders from Miami for something sooner also .

Martin + a 2nd rounder can get a teams 1st rounder for sure so can probably round that deal towards being 4 1st rounders + a few 2nd rounders + Lowry for Lillard as the deal Portland end up with

Portland don't want Herro which means Miami need another trade partner involved to take him on and give the picks to Portland
