It's might be interesting for you, but from a journalistic standpoint, it's pretty light on - more style over substance.

They didn't need 6 hours to tell what Vince creepily got across with his own words in the talking heads - that he's a pretty average human being.
Thanks for the answer.

Or maybe I should say don't tell me what to do buddy, I'll make my own mind up!

About half way through the Vince Documentary, as a wrestling fan through the attitude era I am so far very much enjoying it. Already knowing most of the stories they talk about, it’s cool with a bit more context, especially the early Hogan stuff, and even the secrewjob.

My only criticism so far is the interview with Vince, he isn’t really pressed when he’s asked the hard questions, just sorta either ignores it completely or rambles on why he’s right. An example is the poaching of wrestlers in the early days before WCW did the exactly the same thing. Jimmy Snuka just brushed over and even the female referee.. would have been nice if he was really pushed into what he really thinks, as it’s obvious he’s a complete narcissistic.

Just started the attitude episode, so nostalgic. Loving it

Edit.. the question, what’s the difference between the character of vice McMahon and vice in real life.. everyone but himself say he’s exactly the same person.. nuts

It was initially a doco with their blessing, before the abuse allegations came out and turned it into more of a confrontational doco, so the questions may have been soft to start. That said, it does a great job of letting Vince hang himself with his own words. The hypocrisy and delusion is absolutely self-evident.

I knew about Owen Hart’s death, but I didn’t realise they continued the show that night as his blood is still at the edge of the ring! Completely disgusting behaviour from McMahon.

Just started it. Very good. Text car scene in ep2 was laugh out loud good.
There's a few genuinely hilarious moments but still very heart felt.

Thing is, he wasn’t lying when he said if it was him, he’d want the show to continue. He’s a fecking carny at heart with no sense of what real people think and feel.

McMahon was never what you'd call an honest man, so he would only ever give a sanitized version of events that didn't make him look bad in that interview. It was one of the docos where you had to read between what McMahon said and what everyone else said.

The good shit will come out after he’s passed away you’d think. A lot of these loyal guys like Taker, Cena and HBK would have some absolute filth on him but won’t say anything as they owe it to him for where they got to in their careers.

Just finished Nobody Wants This. Same vibe as Collins From Accounts. Fun little show.
Anything with Kristen Bell is an automatic watch for me. Morgan is probably my favourite though

5 eps down. It’s fantastic. I’d easily pencil it down as an 8/10 show right now. Keen to see it through.

Pulled the pin after watching 15 minutes of ep 5.

I think if they didn't have the documentary next week I might have kept at it but for me too much stuff about them being in jail and I lost interest. Also want to start McMahon on the weekend.

From my reddit deep dive after the doco, many wrestling fans said it didn’t really provide anything new that they didn’t already know from previous docos about Vince and WWE.

For casuals like myself, who drop in every now and then, and used to watch it back in the day, I found it pretty interesting how everything developed. Will be interesting to see how things unfold in the future though.

Finished the Vince Doc.. although I have my criticisms, overall I very much enjoyed it..

Just starting the Menendez brothers story.. same guy who did the Dahmar one, it’s like an anthology series I guess. I know the story but not overly well.. 2 episodes in, and enjoying it.
It's excellent.

Returned to it a couple of years after watching the first couple of episodes. Alice in Borderland was really good. Both Season 1 & 2. Big fan of Squid Game, but thought this was much better.

Surprised they're doing a third season considering they've pretty much caught up to the source material.

Anyone start watching the Menendez brothers and made it all the way from start to finish?
Tapped out halfway through the first episode and overheard the rest of that episode. Didn't find it entertaining, feels forced and dialed to 11. Tonally very different to the first series. Wonder if the one central case being shown so early contributes to my lack of interest or whether I identify more with Dahmer than the affluenza of the second.
