Loved Man on the inside. Me and the darl finished it in a couple of sittings. Real "Just gives ya a smile" show.
Not sure it needs a season 2 though. Seems the perfect one and done show.

Black Doves. Started well but quickly descended into a plot hole ridden mess. In the end the best thing about it was the Rat Scabies cameo.
Yeah, wasn't helped by the fact that I'd just finished watching "The Diplomat" on Netflix, which was a brilliant political drama. Black Doves pales in comparison.

Just watched Biggest Heist Ever. Surprised I'd never heard about this happening.
Enjoyed it, even though the couple are super cringe.

Not the best, but a cut above the average Netflix dross.
It does get a bit convoluted towards the end as many thrillers do.

Mostly agree but unfortunately I think The Diplomat - stellar as it is overall - may have jumped the shark in the final moments of the season finale.
Still, I'm eagerly anticipating S3. As for Black Doves - I'm fine if we don't get another season.
Black Doves is an entertaining watch. Me and the missus enjoyed it.
It’s preposterous in parts (the weedy little hit man seems to nail every bad guy with a bullet to the head, regardless of where or how he is shooting, the mass shoot out between the yanks and the Chinese etc), and Kiera Knightley does little more than emote with pursed lips and high cheekbones prominent, but it has its moments of drama. Worth a watch.

The appearance of the two female assassins Williams and Eleanor really saved the show - they both had some cracking lines.
Black Doves sounds like a miss. Ive been trudging through The Madness and started well, bogged down around Ep. 3 but picked up Ep 4. The lead actor is great but the supporting cast have no real connection or magnetism. Feels a bit faked, which of course it is. Its a TV show.

They were great characters but it didn't really fit the show.
The problem with Black Doves is that it couldn't work out whether it was a serious spy drama or a slapstick comedy. The serious stuff was good. And some of the slapstick stuff was great. It just didn't seem to mesh well together.

I watched the whole series on a flight last week, nice easy watch.
