It'll be fine. We have Archer to lock down one of their smalls.

I do think they need a new coach. I don't rate Voss at all and on balance don't think he has much idea and cannot communicate very well. Its an interesting conversation about "Carlton", Black Diamond, my theory is that they don't need another coach, he hasn't been there that long and he's doing the best he can with that list. they have for a while now always had that one or two players down back that they really need, I'm talking classy defenders but they don't grow on trees as we've found out.
As proven last year they are not that far off, a lot more goes into why a team is near a grand final and next year 0-2, it can be "the little things", Mckay pulled out at the last minute because of illness, Charlie was only about 25% ready and a few runs short before he gets to the level that is required, Tom de Koning has played two great opening games and don't forget Hawthorns game plan of taking away Carltons one strength back there, in not kicking up in the air on the forward line when Jacob Weitering is around.
Its easy to say just don't do it, but in a game with so much pressure where you've got no time to to think, its not as easy as people think. They finally picked a classy key defender in last years National draft in Harry O'Farrell, I rate him highly but I'm surprised they didn't pick two, but AFL clubs rarely do that unless their cupboard is extremely bare.
Injuries + suspensions + poor form + confidence and the coaches game plan can really make you think the world is ending sometimes but its rarely ever that bad, the competition is ever so slowly getting quite even, where a few tweaks here & there + the above reversed, can make you think what or how did that just happen?
Which is hilarious, because the latter four have a collective field day whenever they take the field against us.It's basically Merrett and Caldwell against the world. Nic Martin sucks again, Archie Roberts is terrible, Durham is a trundler, Shiel, Duursma and Hobbs are garbage. Who will Brad poach from North at the end of the year to try to fill the gap this time? My money is on someone from the membership team
I meant it sarcasticallyHe's suspended.
He wasn’t anywhere near this bad.Thilthorpe just deleted McKay once the ball hits the deck and sets up a goal. Was he this bad when he was with us or has he got the bag and put the feet up
Playing with conviction and intent to get the big contract VS Move to a big club that's supposedly on the up, coach plays you outside your strengths, and the team sucks dog doodoo so your effort and concentration plummets.Thilthorpe just deleted McKay once the ball hits the deck and sets up a goal. Was he this bad when he was with us or has he got the bag and put the feet up
And how glorious is it that Bard was the instigator of that move.He wasn’t anywhere near this bad.
The “Overarching Legacy” that Scotts will leave Essendon will rival the Legacy he left at North. Has there been a bigger fraud in an Administration/ Coach’s role to grace AFL circles? :stern look
And they deadset knifed him to hire someone they never had a chance of securing. They looked much better under Truck Rutten
