Losing Mischa (Marissa Cooper for those playing at home) hurt a lot...

sure did. the writers hadnt quite finished flogging that dead horse. Hated her

It was pretty poor before that though, I mean, from the very few episodes I have seen in Season 3, it was quite bad then..
the writers got used to the life. didnt give a toss

Apparently, Willa Holland (Caitlin Cooper for those playing at home) is good for the show.

Seriously, are the writers also working for play school? The show is out and out tripe. The whole Kierston and (cooper chick) escort thing was just plain laughable. Give up/sack them/beat them..... do something

Lost interest in this months a go. Just was declining in quality after like season 1. The writers probably ran of of interesting ideas.

Great episode last night- we can predict what the finale will revolve around thanks to that build up.

Finale is Friday night - 2 hours. The second last episode aired last Thursday in the US and we will get the finale a couple of hours after they see it.

the second last show isn't too bad, had my gf with a few tears. few funny jokes and a little shock.

can't wait for the last show.

Wow, what a finale. I loved it although you could predict most of it.

Some great storylines there - I liked the flashbacks at the end, it really tied it all together. I expected a little more from the Ryan/Taylor storyline but at least they did not get married. Bullitt was funny!

A great end to the series in my view - it is sad it is all over.

Yep, those flashbacks of the very first few episodes in Season 1 almost had me in tears. The characters were great in this show, and ill miss them. :( Funny how tv shows can make you feel like you know these people in person.

Yeah I know what you mean... the flashbacks had me missing sitting down every Tuesday in 2004 to watch season 1. I still think the best ever episode was the season finale of season 1. Where Ryan and Marissa had to seperate at Julie and Caleb's wedding.

I liked the other subtle things of that episode - Summer giving Julie the locket with Marissa's photo and Summer saying "ew" for the last time.

It should have been two hours long
