95% of the trucks that hit the bridge are rentals, probably 75% of drivers on the road are clueless. It's recipe for disaster no matter the amount of warnings or notice given.

There was one guy who hit the bridge after running a full on red who just bailed and left it there. A policeman had to reverse it out from under it.
