Not going nowhere? That doesn't rule out his going somewhere. ;-)NEWS
Player Luke Shuey is not going nowhere to leave.
Good confirmation to the West Coast supporters.

NEWS
According to Mitch Cleary at Trade Radio, Collingwood has to wait about 7 to 10 days for Heath Shaw's future, because Shaw is at overseas right now.

NEWS
According to Heath Shaw's manager, it is now likely that Collingwood's Heath Shaw is accepting a trade to GWS Giants soon enough and probably do a swap with GWS Giants' Taylor Adams during the trade period.

... a bit confusing with his use of language, but it's a good first point of call.
Pick 11
Maybe.
Or band 2, end-of-first-round, which would be approx. pick #19 or #20.
Collingwood are hoping for pick 11 and trying to pressure the AFL by making assumptions, but nothing is confirmed yet.
It's official, will cost you pick 8.No news on son of father pick of 8 1nd round McDonald Luke to Northen Roos?
It's official, will cost you pick 8.
sorry I misread your post thinking it was in English, I was wrong.Thats what i said, its a benclank thread right?
The blues contract is for 700kpa, he fits the other band 1 criteria's.
Allegedly 700k per year.
Last year Goddard was allegedly 850k per year.
The AFL keeps the formula secret so they can play favorites when they want to, and use FA compo as part of their equalisation.
So who really knows?
One would think the AFL would let the club know prior to them deciding on wether to match the offer or not.
Pretty sure age is a factor along with original draft position- AA/BaF honours, and salary of course, I wouldn't put it past the AFL screwing us though.
It would be logial and transparent for the AFL to tell the clubs what the compo will be, before they decide whether to match the offer.
But last year I remember St Kilda were frustrated waiting for confirmation of the Gddard compo, and Hawthorn clearly had no idea they were about to be lube-lessly screwed on the Young comp.
The AFL do not always think in a logical / transpart / fair / consistent manner!
I'm assuming the Buddy trade might be holding up traffic??Is the lack of updates a reflection of the fact there's been absolutely nothing going on today, or is Beng stuck in class? Or a little of both?
