He does!! he just radiates the love of the game, and everything that is Freo. He responds to everyone on his Instagram, he has no ego, he is ALWAYS smiling.
I have met Bailey and I can tell you he bleeds purple. He has so much humility and in spite of the amount of criticism and abuse he has copped from Freo fans, he loves the fans. The amount of extra work he puts in outside of regulated training is a credit to him. He is determined to help bring about success for Freo so how about people lay off him and give him the same respect and courtesy you would give to Brayshaw or Fyfe?

Apart from the finishing in front of goal, yesterday was as good a game as I’ve seen a half forward flank play for the club in recent memory. Could easily have had 20 and 3 or 4.
Really needs to work on his set shots. He gets regular looks at goals so if he can start nailing them he could actually be something special.

He comes across as a unique human being - we are so blessed to have him in purple.

I don’t think we will see Banners dropped anytime soon, he’s fast becoming a key component of our improving forward presence, and no doubt the MC’s perseverance and getting full games into him has paid off and I don’t think we have see his best game yet. Good for him.

I think where he excels is not having to play tall as he had to at times. Having to go up to make a contest. Rather he should be front and centre and sharking the ball that the other talls bring down. He has good positioning and reads the play well. Combined that he knows how to find the goals easily with his snaps.

There was also few good leads he was able to be on the end of.

I also say that, his team mates are more willing to find him. In the past I've seen many instances he was able make good space but just got ignored
