The ironing on the Lakers and Bron whinging about officiating. No club has benefited by poor or one sided officiating like the Lakers and not sure if Bron is the pot or kettle complaining about selling, also leads all players in NBA history with travels not called.

The improvement in the TJ Warren 3 ball is ridiculous

I seriously wonder what sort of adjustment he made in the off-season... new shooting coach, new form? To me his shooting form looks the same. Release point may look a bit different because last year I closed my eyes every time he attempted a 3

They all have a great arc now, whereas he’d flat ball one in from the corner occasionally

Harden and those three's down the stretch, deliccccioooooouuussssss.

Mavs losing to the Suns speaks for itself.

Spurs win was outstanding in spanking the Clipps and Magic took care of a putrid Bulls outfit.

ANTHONY DAVIS CANNOT BE TRADED TO BOSTON WHILST KYRIE IRVING IS UNDER HIS CURRENT CONTRACT

How many times does it need to be made clear..... (not you northy btw)

It has begun though:

I'd say that's damning Jrue with faint praise, but anyway.

I love these videos. Say the star needs help and then suggest what player is required without any idea of how to facilitate that happening.

No knowledge of little things like the salary cap, trading and the CBA.

Not much knowledge of the Nawlins roster composition to begin with.

Probably not much knowledge of AD's game either. Still see him described as "the league's best post player" from time to time... I love Brow, but he's never performed a legitimate post move in his life.

when they compared him to Melo in the lead up to that draft I didnt realise they were talking about current day melo. I see the comparisons

Every thing that goes wrong means we are one step closer to a top 3 pick and (please god) getting rid of the clowns in charge

You reckon they look better with Randle at the 4 over Mirotic?

He’s really sound and seems to work well with Davis despite not having the spacing Mirotic offers

Didn't re-sign Cousins? Wouldn't even be 15-15 if we did.

Sixers landed Butler? We chased him but didn't have the resources (or give up Holiday and rob Peter to pay Paul).

The second half of the interview.

Undecided.

They both have their advantages, but Randle strikes me as a better 6th man because he can create shots.

The major problem is that having Payton out means more time for Jrue at PG. More time for Jrue at PG means two things; he gets fatigued from carrying too big a load, and second we get less time with two shot creators on the court. Oh and three, our already sh1thouse depth is further exposed.

Ideally we want two of these three - Jrue, Payton, Randle - on court at any one time. Better for AD, better for our rotations, better for the team, period.

Didn't re-sign Cousins? Wouldn't even be 15-15 if we did.

We didn't re-sign Cousins because the baby spat the dummy over an offer that was more than fair and reasonable in the circumstances. Didn't see any other teams lining up to give him $20 million a year either.

Problem was by losing him we lost our ability to load our cap sheet. Signing Randle and Payton to replace Boogie and Rondo and 'break even' was the absolute best we could hope for.

Yep.

If we had hypothetically refused Randle/Niko + Moore for Butler, then we'd deserve criticism. Giving up Jrue for a guy who would not be guaranteed to stay is exactly the kind of move 'experts' would be lampooning us for 12 months from now.

Say what you want about JVG's time in Detroit, but he basically knows what's up here.

AD's not above criticism, and we do need to play defence. And Dell Demps needs to get off his arse and go get Justin Holiday already.

He's not wrong in what he said though.

Ironically he shared a lot of Demps's failings as a GM, ie. overpaying for role players.

Daniel Theis
Yabusele
Ojeleye
Rozier

Are all available

Jabari Bird is also cheap ;)
