I reckon the border is probably Albany Highway going through East Vic Park, Cannington, and Maddington.

You can use the one Parliament uses.

In essence, Wanneroo Rd is the major divider of north metro and east metro, east metro starts just about where the CBD ends, and Belmont/Gosnells/Armadale form the rough line of the east metro bordering south metro. It however places Mirrabooka and Girrawheen as east metro and that sure doesn't sit right.
