I have worked the 13-COVID hotline and I $h!t you not, ppl do actually ring up to ask this. "I was there X minutes/hours/days before/after, should I get tested?" would be one of the most common questions whenever new exposure locations are published. People, the exposure times that require testing are ACTUALLY listed with the exposure locations.

While I disagree with Spitty's take on the intelligence of the WA populace, there are some people that really truly are incapable of rational thought.
This is a bit like people who visit hospitals. Our ward is locked and to enter you need a swipe card or you need to press the button. This is on a big sign. I couldn’t count the amount of people that stand outside, they just stand there. Or ask where a room is despite the rooms having big signs and pointing. 😫😆

I'll call tomorrow to ask. Just to make sure.

Have you never been to Rockingham? Have you never driven on our roads? Can't merge, can't negotiate a round about, still have no idea what that little stick on the steering column, it's a ****ing indicator. ;)

That’s not Australia’s policy and vaccination does reduce the severity of the symptoms so it does resemble a serious flu which means no lockdowns

at the moment NSW and Vic are scrambling in the midst of an outbreak to get people vaccinated. It makes sense we do it BEFORE we are in the middle of an outbreak
I admire the optimism. Israel and Iceland are two of the highest vacced places on earth and are about to go back into restrictions however. Given Australia's precedence, from all premiers, I don't see much changing.

Better enjoy tomorrow everyone, because the rain and wind returns on Saturday, to stay for a while too.
Had most of the week off work and have been giving the washing machine a fair workout.

In my 12 years in Perth, I don't remember a winter with so many rain days. Memory is over an average week it pounds down for 1-2 days, is drizzly for 1-2 and cloudy/clear for 3.

McGowan needs to ramp up vaccinations - he needs to sell the no lock downs if we vaccinate message

The whole country needs to ramp them up.

In the 4 step road map, to move from step 2 to step 3, 70% of all eligible people need to be vaccinated, with no guarantee that lockdowns won't still occur.

To move from step 3 to 4, the required figure is 80% with no guarantee that targeted lockdowns still won't happen.

If we reach the 80% figure (doubtful) and premiers or chief ministers still want to shut domestic borders as their first option, the federal government should then start sanctions against them.

I'm split. The AFL shouldn't get special treatment at all, but the LOLs would be worthwhile if Eagles/Freo actually went far because of home ground advantage when they don't deserve to
We both need a lot more than home ground advantage atm mate :$

Reckon you guys will roll us next week the way we're going. I think our team has taken heed of Spurrier's comments ~ "try not to touch the nasty red ball when it comes near you"
