groups is like a private mini forum

you have different threads, an area to save media, and admin section

I have no idea what PM's exist between posters or how many participants are in them--- because by definition they are private :$

However anyone in the SFA (and any member of BigFooty) is able to click on the link to the Social Group, see how many members are involved (which was the entire purpose of my original point before you went full rambo) and request an invite.

As my original point-- if you want to know how many members there are in the "Nerd Club" all you have to do is look.

unless you speak to Rosy at PuntRoadEnd (she was its former owner)

for years people suspected she had bought the add-on that allowed her to read peoples PM's (she repeatedly denied this). some posters laid a trap, spoke some deliberate BS in one of the PM's which she then referred to on the forum. They pointed out this was completely made up, and the only way she could have known it was if she read the PM.

her defence was PM doesnt stand for "private message", but "personal message". As such, there was no right to consider it private communication :p
