Your club on the other hand has done so twice and had to do a complete rebrand and relocation in order to avoid a third instance of folding.

Two flags in the last three seasons is enough alone to outweigh the times we've gone into recess, so I won't bother mentioning our streak of PF appearances and top-of-the-table H&A season finishes, along with a bevy of Mobbs Medalists and All-SFA team members

The Rats were on a dark path. Then the brilliant mind of Dingster saw a young gun named Nunez loitering around and recruited him to the Rats. Since then, we've played in three grand finals (soon to be four), won two and I've won a Mobbs.

Not to take full credit for our success, but.... I'm taking full credit for our success.

In August 2018, a young fella made his return to BigFooty under the username 'SparkleNarkle'. First he poked around the Footy Jumpers and Graphic Design board, but eventually ventured further and discovered the BigFooty Fantasy Cricket League, the T20 Cricket knockoff of the SFA. In the inaugural draft, he was selected to the Blue Mountains Bounders by an even younger fella, SarahSmiles.

As the two began to get to know each other, the latter recommended the former join him in the SFA at the Sin City Swamprats, a return to the league for SparkleNarkle after an adventure with the Gumbies in 2013. After the Rats bowed out of Season 26 in devastating fashion, a season after losing a Grand Final, Sparkle joined the team as a HFF for Season 27, and a late-season move into the ruck was decisive as the Rats broke a 21-season Premiership drought with a three-point Grand Final victory over the Las Vegas Bears.

SparkleNarkle was shortened to Sparkle ahead of Season 28, and the ruck position was held down in a season where the Rats would fall in a Preliminary Final. After shaky form, Sparkle moved to the INT in Season 29, as the Rats rebounded from their disappointing end to Season 28 with a Minor Premiership and their second flag in three seasons, a one-point victory over the Mount Buller Demons. Returning to the field as a HFF in Season 30, Sparkle and the Rats have reached their third Grand Final in four seasons, this time facing the Gold City Royals.
