Ok guys - I work(ed) this overnight shift until December. There has been some big news at Overnights. A regular host is no longer apart of the team. I'm not sure if I can go any further, but stay tuned. You will find out more in 10 or so minutes.

Wow!!.......I thought James was very good.....seems a shame, hope he can continue elsewhere......he has loads of talent.

As for you, no pay for 8mths???.....whats that all about?....good luck to you by the way, for the future.....just make sure you get paid next time around!

I have been listening to SEN for years, especially overnights as of 6 months ago, because I do shift work.

In my opinion James Willoughby came across as obnoxious, arrogant and always talked over his guests. He sounds as if he lacks repsect in my opinion. Maybe this is because he is still very young and has a lot to learn in life.

Tristan Fenanda who was on this morning and has been on only a handful of times sounds more polished and professional than James Willoughby in my opinion.

Youvebeenreimerd- Sorry to hear about your sacking mate. But to come out in a public forum and bag the organisation you worked for is weak.

You too like James must be very young and obviously struggle to relaise the times we live in. I was sacked 8 months ago and have a wife and two kids to support.

What makes a person is how you bounce back from a tough situation in a positive way, not the by taking the easy way out like you have above.

I am sure you are angry, I know, because I have been there before. Te best thing to do is move on, get another job and prove to yourself you can do it.

All the best.

Put two and two together n00bie when you listen. There won't be any goss on SEN btw.

You'll understand when you turn it on

Took me a few minutes to realise after I turned it on. Shame about James, while at times he did annoy me, I did enjoy listening to him. Would definitely prefer hearing Mark Franklin doing overnights but we'll just wait and see what happens.

Whether it came across that way or not, he knows radio much better than his employers. He knows the number 1 priority in radio is making the listeners happy, not himself. And I know plenty of listeners that are fuming over Jim's departure.

Add me to the pissed off category. Always seemed to be speaking to some good guests and I thought was very good.

God help us if we have to listen to that Fernando clown....I'm turning off, this time for good. Ever since this Crocmedia came in....show has gone to the dogs
