I am absoloutely not above anyone here, our council is pretty rubbish at mowing our grass etc too. Not much rubbish on the ground though.

My area is full of Indians, Lankans and the like and it’s absolutely spotless. Majority of the rubbish in the city is just from lazy pricks littering and little ravens pulling rubbish from overloaded bins
