The problem with this outcome is that Ukraine lost most of it population, those who could immigrate did, who are generally the brightest and those who had nothing.
what's going to be left is a hardcore nationalist... Ukraine is going to be a crazy outpost country unless there's serious investment and/or EU style integration.

Also... North Korean troops are fighting alongside Russia in this conflict. That makes Italy sending some SAMS systems look irrelevant in comparison.
