this is the best idea i've heard. The Dragons have been sticking their finger up to the SFA for seasons now. In S36 OOBs lost 10 premiership points and I got banned as captain from playing most of the season because we named fumbler from the dragons on our squad list. Dragons knowingly and falsely asserted he was still their player and pushed the committee to penalize and destroy OOBs cup to cup hopes. All their claims were proven false as fumbler did join OOBs when he showed up. I cannot wait to see what penalties are placed on the Dragons S38 for actually listing and playing a banned player who effected not only the H&A session but took beez and other SFA award votes from legitimate players, hence effecting the true and proper outcomes.
Personally I think the best outcome would be to ban the Dragons from playing S38 thereby making it a 12 team comp of fair legal teams and get rid of the BYE that so many people don't like (except OOB we #LoveTheBye)
He is on something.
He is upstanding when he stands up.So TL;DR, Greenery is a campaigner? This isn't news
That's always a bonus.I'm still captain so this is a great result.

Very eloquently put, Turbo. An argument that your representative will get the opportunity to air when the Committee meets next no doubt. The Dragons have been sticking their finger up to the SFA for seasons now. He is missed.Campaignery aka Crushy is making a comeback?
So TL;DR, Greenery is a campaigner? This isn't news

There is a reason so many people are leaving the Dragons
… Big Underscore Icky was in fact my alt. I was too embarrassed to admit that I liked spreadsheets, hanging out with Greenery and also pretending to be the little fat german kid from The Simpsons.
That never ends well for meExplain that to me again but with sock puppets.

Nightshift investigations have revealed a curious turn of events leading to the sudden disappearance of a gun breakout star of the SweetFA in S37.
No sooner had the Dragons announced him as Captain for S38, than he vanished in a puff of smoke with a hint of acrimony.
His tour de force in the media throughout the season had been nothing less than sensational and betrayed a knowledge beyond his reported years.
Any skepticism at the time had been allayed by reports that a Dragons powerbroker had guided his “protege” through the deeper mysteries of the Land of Sweet, to being widely lauded for his quality media.
For the new Dragon to become Captain seemed a just return for those long nights sweating over bar graphs and pie charts. Around the league, clubs had welcomed his insights and were challenged by his compelling analyses.
But within days of him finishing 3rd in the beez trophy (an extraordinary feat for a sophomore) and after being anointed as the new Captain, he was suddenly exposed as a veteran with considerable experience and subsequently de-registered.
#Nightshift can now reveal an eery symmetry between this scandal and one that saw him leave the league in acrimony in the first place
Two mates who had formed a close bond from S30 to S32 when they were at the Warriors, would cross paths again down the track.
In the preseason of S33 the then veteran moved from the Warriors to the Furies, joining amongst others the club Vice Captain - an experienced campaigner.
By the end of that season, the veteran’s mate from the Warriors had decided to join him at the Furies.
But things didn’t go to plan and the veteran was de-registered before the start of S34, unable to play alongside his mate.
Around that time, the campaigner also moved on from the Furies, passing the veteran’s mate in the hallway.
After two seasons in the wilderness, the veteran attempted to restart his career at the Dragons in S36 … just as the campaigner arrived there from the Old Boys.
In S37, the campaigner was Captain of the Dragons, but by the end of that season the veteran had done enough to be promoted to the new Dragons Captain ….. notwithstanding that the campaigner had other ideas and wanted to keep the job himself.
Days later, the campaigner - under siege and refusing to vacate his seat as Captain - announced the veteran’s mate would also be joining the Dragons in S38.
But once again, a few days after that, the veteran was outed for who he really is and was de-registered, again without playing a game alongside his old mate.
There may be plenty yet to play out in this curious echo of days gone by.
