Homestly? Im not one say things im not 100% sure of.. But i have herd that dogs hiracy will def sound him out.. Thats from a good source.. Although he did say it is unlikely only because they have goe too far down the track of the current candidates.. But its never too late to make a "good" decision even if it takes a little longer now

Wouldn't go near Bomber. Seems like one of the main reasons Essendon got rid of him is because they couldn't even contact him. He just seems so disinterested and I reckon he'd be a ticking time bomb with us. I'd have zero confidence he'd have the passion for it or the passion for it for long.

Got a feeling you might get your man Beveridge and we may possibly end up with a grumpy, ticking time bomb, hack of a 2 time premiership coach in Bomber

Now in the unlikely event of landing bomber as coach. I doubt we would be able to appoint both Beveridge or Craig as senior assistant.

Not likely, but who knows. Our captain was traded to GWS, our coach fell on his sword days after being assured his position was safe, Liam Jones had the audacity to request a trade to the destination of his choice, and Tom Boyd is now a Western Bulldogs player.

We could rebrand as 'Tom Boyd United' and play in a floating stadium over Port Phillip Bay and I wouldn't be surprised.

I'll be disappointed if we pass on Beveridge for a late bolter though, particularly if it's Thompson. He's stubborn, arrogant and disruptive, irrespective of his coaching ability.

I'd be increbly worried about Bomber. The fact that he hasn't paid his fine and seems to be acting more and more erratic almost completely cancels out his good record as a coach.
And that's even without considering his involvement in the drug scandal and leaving Geelong high and dry.
At this point Johnny Cash seems the more stable option.

I'd be extremely happy with Bomber as the Lord of Football with Beveridge head coach.

Money going onto Bomber would force the price of Bev to drift a little, which hasn't as yet, bookies taking money off Bomber bettors is all, if the money on Bomber was legit bev's price would go out in other words.
