How did you finish comfortably? You scrapped over the line by the barest of margins and then were down 60 to zero in the first final. I think you have scarred the team further and instead of peaking I think you're on the downturn. Peaking was 2023 for the Carlton list, you've just lost your 3rd & 6th best goal kicker and are about to pick up Paddy Dow 2.0.
It would be nice to have a game between us decided by umpires with a Freo win to see the melts but I'm not sure you will get close enough anymore with our improvements.

It was never in doubt.
We let go out 3rd leading goal kicker because he wouldn't get a game next year. Curnow, McKay, Fog, Williams, Moir and Elijah forward with probably Doc, Cotterel at times, Motlop will go past him also and Kemp is an ace up our sleeve to play forward now we have Haynes. Silvagni will also be back from injury. Owies has has had a 2 year run like Marnus Labushagne where luck went their way at every drop of the hat, Marnus has struggled now luck has flattened out and Owies will be the same.
Stop conveniently ignoring the first half umpiring keeping you in the game to start with.
