if not- he will do it again- would love to see the following

pies player will smack him after being eye gouged and will end up suspended- Eddie will take the case to the Supreme Court and have it overturned- arguing AFL negligent as they allowed him to play and based on recent history it was reasonable to assume that he was likely to cause damage.
