Sheldrick probably worth pick 30ish, Baker worth about pick 20

Barrass is worth a late first to early second rounder given age and back problems. Given he’s in contract and we trade fairly our first let’s say somewhere in the early teens and some later pick swaps will get it done. Adding pies 2nd is wildly optimistic and won’t happen.

Thats simply not true. Hes easily worth a pick in the 10-12 area, contracted adds more to it. The Pies 2nd you have is conveniently placed to be an easy addition.
His back isnt an issue, if it was the the Hawks wouldnt have 4 years on the table for him.

There is talk of guys like Dan Rioli and Dan Houston fetching 2 first rounders! Barrass is a far better player than either and only 18 months older, plays a more in demand position too.

Non issue though, he is clearly getting the cotton wool treatment. Hawthorn rocketing up the ladder complicates things, and I'm assuming that your angle for pick 15 is that it is used for any Baker deal. I've seen a lot of tragically poor things from my club since mid 2021, but basically swapping Barrass for Baker would top the lot.
