Have figured it out - despite fronkalicious pinching my Booooo-oyd idea.......

Get Jeremy Cameron to the Dogs - we can use the JC angle to attract the faithful, we actually get a KPF and return the missing to the fold, we can use 'Cameroooooooooooooon' as our warcry, which also attracts those from an African and a soccer perspective !!

It's bloody genius I tells ye......

I have been watching a few game tapes from both our afl and vfl teams. Very different structure!!!
I looked at what position battles we win and lose and I think we are focusing on the wrong thing.
Our KPD apart from Morris are not up to scratch. This too me is number 1 issue!
Our KPF like most teams, can't take on multiple opponents, so they don't try to. The long kick down the line either targets a ruck man or KPF. Most teams switch the play to get around this and use skill level to maintain possession. A KPF must be strong, tall and can jump. Ruckman are becoming more mobile and less strong, so they can't do this down the line role. We need a strong KPF to at least nullify that long kick.
Candidates on our list = Redpath and no one else
Jones is not that player but unfortunately we play him like he is. Let's either get a more skilled KPF, there are very few in afl OR just use redpath to nullify. Saves trading for a likely non performing KPF.

If we instead focus on a top line KPD or 2KPD, we will get a faster climb up the ladder. This is my preference and would like to read the thoughts of others.

Free agency is next year, so his manager has been a bit clever and tee'd him up perfectly. Puts him in a much better position to negotiate with a fairer spectrum on his perceived worth throughout the league.

You're almost right, you've just spliced two separate instances together, haha.

He said something about Kane Cornes referencing his sick son in 2008, and he said something to Danyle Pearce about his mum in 2012.

I think thats why Macrae got 40 touches against Gold Coast

Is the one year time frame the clubs offer or Wood's request.
He has tons of potential but hasn't been able to string consistent games together, just like a number of our players.
Let's hope he is injury free and in good form in 2015.

Only if GWS want to keep pick 3 or trade it for pick 1, seen a few hypotheticals of Ryder for pick 3 which would mean Essendon are in the hunt for Wright then to replace Ryder to an extent.

If that were to eventuate (doubt it will happen) I can't see Essendon picking Wright. Bellchambers will become our number 1 ruckman and Daniher will pinch hit.

You must be living in 2007,08,09........Shaun is a liability to the team. Lost all pace and confidence. His Body doesnt link up with mind. Has the smarts but hasn't got the tools anymore to match it with the best. Completly overrated........I do agree he would be better suited in the forward line, however, Stringer and Cramari are a lot better.....See ya later Shauny.....
