Giles? I don't believe the rumour (he is listed as being from Central Districts, SA) but where do I sign?

I love Minno and want him to stay - but if I ignore the heartstrings, this would be a positive for the club.
He can actually rest forward so can play a no 1 or no 2 ruck role depending on who is fit to partner him (Campbell or Cordy), and is 3 years younger than Minson.

If we keep on losing experience say if Cooney/Minson wants out is Daniel Merrett an option? I'd play Roughy forward as the hotspot target and Merrett can come in and help Roberts and Talia down back and Morris can teach Darley and Wood to lockdown on mediums/smalls, it would also finish Austin.

He's a player lacking in core strength, and he doesn't play one on one well (or one on two given our slow, horrible ball movement inside 50. One on five for that matter). That's a first tall.
He's a player who needs to operate in an open forward line with quick ball movement, and to have room in the forward line to manage to leap and run at the ball, not have it kicked on top of his head and he's expected to outmuscle his opponent just like Tippett, Cloke or Hawkins. They're first talls. He's a second tall.

Yes, by that definition first tall and second tall in Sydney is Tippett and Franklin respectively, and Franklin is the better player. First tall doesn't mean best tall. It just means the big structural bloke out of the goalsquare.
