What are people mostly wanting to do , keep pick 6 or trade for a ready made player ?

It’s a matter of finding the right player who wants to come to usTrade for a ready made. We only need a bit of luck with injuries and with the core group we have plus a couple of additions we will be back in the finals hunt quickly in my opinion.
How can I like this times 10I would like to trade it personally. Think our list is young enough as is, plus we don’t have Dalrymple any more. We should have plenty of space to offer good money to a jet.
Let’s do It!!
I wouldn’t mind josh kelly but don’t think it will happen , think of someone other than Shiel or kellyPersonally I’d be fine with offering pick 7 plus Dahl compo pick for Shiel. Just to make sure it gets over the line. Would take something like that like that to pry away a contracted player.
Maybe we get some steak knives in addition.
An uncontrollable fountain of vomit
It really depends on which player we can get. What are people mostly wanting to do , keep pick 6 or trade for a ready made player ?
Wingard would retire before coming to MelbourneWingard could be great for us
Name a few players you would be happy with ?It really depends on which player we can get.
Given we've got a strong crop of 18-22 year olds and the inside running on 2 good quality draftees in West and Khamis, the opportunity to add another elite player in the group further secures the chance of a rare period of serious success in the next few years. It would take a seriously good player to tempt us to trade it away for mine.
Can’t disagree more.Griffen still had value then imo, didn't have a great year but was AA the year before
We overpaid for Boyd, should've got a second rounder or something back too
Depends on a) the quality of the player willing to come to us, and b) how the draft looks after TAC cup finals. If there's an A grader asking for a trade to us then yes, but I wouldn't like the idea of us shopping it around and then a Smith or Rankine being available at that pick. What are people mostly wanting to do , keep pick 6 or trade for a ready made player ?
I have a sneaking suspicion the 550k is the inaccurate figure. I guess we'll find out when we get the compo pick.If Geelong are as reported are offering 550k over 4 years for Dahlhaus. I think its pretty safe to assume that our alleged offer of 350k (or barely above the league average) over 3 as is oft quoted here is not very accurate.

Ok been seeing a bit about Scully and at 28 what would he be worth.
Let me ask this one, if you at the choice of keeping Dahlhaus at $500k for 4 years or getting Scully at $600k+ For 4 years. Who do you take?
Scully, easily.Ok been seeing a bit about Scully and at 28 what would he be worth.

Agree but that doesn’t suit the narrative of many here on BF....If Geelong are as reported are offering 550k over 4 years for Dahlhaus. I think its pretty safe to assume that our alleged offer of 350k (or barely above the league average) over 3 as is oft quoted here is not very accurate.
