Could easily have said the same thing about multiple players in our current 22 at different points in time. I'll try to avoid making absolute declarations about players we've barely seen. Less likely to make myself look like an idiot that way.

Dickson hasn’t got long. If we were to play 3 tall forwards then the smalls have to be agile. Cavarra would be suited and so too Dale.

Whilst Lloyd has been a handy pickup he will be 30 next year so he will eventually be phased out too.

Bruce has been a very good key forward for 5 years now.

He is the kind of player that thrives on being the #1 man up forward. If he arrives, I think Naughton either plays further out of the 50 or goes back to defence. If it's the former, Schache has a big fight for a spot on his hands.

Hopefully if we sign a couple of KPS Gardner doesn’t even get a new contract and goes back to the VFL.

Schache wont make way for Bruce they are different players. We would need a seriously quick player crumbling or applying pressure if we added Bruce to the fwd line

A Key Position brigade of English, Naughts, Bruce and two of Schache/Young/Cordy ( depending on where Naughts and Bruce play ) would be pretty good.

Why would we need Bruce when we have Fergus Greene who is good overhead for his size? Pound for pound I reckon Greene is stronger than Bruce, just needs to put on about 60kg of lean mass.
