Keath, Smith, AMT and Bruce. Would be some offseason for us. Probably still leaves us with picks to use/trade anyway.
Bruce, Tippa and Keath all worth a 2nd each, Smith a third. With a first, second and three thirds up our sleeve, plus the prospect of losing Williams, I wonder if we go hard at someone else as well.

Keath for Williams and a fourth
Tippa for our current second
Bruce for an early ish second (upgraded from our three third round picks)
Smith for a future third/fourth.

Would these be around the mark? Still leaves us with our first rounder in play.

well ricky Nixon has linked us to Ed Langdon, but he has the credibility of a flee. But interesting from a discussion point of view, you can’t have smith and Langdon can you?

Definitely yes to Bruce. I am a huge fan of Naughton forward, but he'd go back in that case.

Bruce for Pick 30 and 46
Isaac Smith for Pick 41
Bailey Williams for a 3rd rounder the crows pick up for Jenkins/Greenwood etc

OUT:
Morris, Picken, Boyd (all retired) Webb, Roberts. Gardner, and R.Smith delisted as rookies too. Williams traded.

IN:
Bruce, I.Smith, Pick 12, Pick 48, extra 3rd rounder, Pick 84

FF: Lloyd, Bruce, Dale
HF: Mclean, Schache, B.Smith
C: Hunter, Bont, I.Smith
HB: Duryea, Naughton, JJ
FB: Wood, Trengove, Crozier
R: English, Dunkley, Macrae
INT: Lipinski, Cordy, Daniel, Suckling

Depth:
Forward: Gowers, Dickson, Greene
Mids: Libba, Wallis, Jong, Hayes, West
Backs: Young, Young, Khamis, Lynch, Richards
Rucks: Sweet

Sexy side that there although Naughton CHB is questionable. I’d keep Webb, one more year to prove himself, and keep Roberts for 1 more year. He’s prob on close to minimum wages and is serviceable in break glass situation. Need guys like that.

Even with 1.5mill or so in the cap, reckon we struggle to fit in all 4 (Tippa alone said to be 650). Reckon we've got room for 3.

I know this won’t be popular, but we’ve got a huge chance to be successful for quite a few years if we add/delete to this list with the right calls. I would trade Libba NOW. While he’s still got SOME currency left. We waited with Cooney and finished up giving him away to the Bombers. We don’t want that to happen to Libba. Wallis should also be thrown up as some value, even Jong. Now some of you can shit can me all you want. But these are the sort of moves Clarkson makes, and he is arguably the greatest coach of all time. We are starting to play some great footy under Bevo, but I think we need to also become ruthless with list management, one thing we’ve always been too careful with in the past. If we can get rid of guys like Stringer, then those I’ve mentioned can be thrown up for value as well. We need to go HARD, while we have a rare opportunity with the cap space we currently have. Go Dogs!

Can't see it. Turns 28 next year and Saints salary dumping somewhat.
We don't yet know if the Saints are actively pushing him out, and if so, why.

Bruce has been a top contested mark and consistent goalkicker for 5 years now. He's exactly the type of player that teams want to end up with when drafting a key forward in the 10-20 range. To put that in a bit of perspective, 4 years ago we had Charlie Curnow, Eric Hipwood, Harry McKay and Harrison Himmelberg, all drafted in that range, all of them are pretty much considered gun forwards now, yet none of them have had a better season than any of Bruce's last 5 (except 2018 where he did his ACL).

28 next year? Only 28? You wanna know what Adelaide gave up for a 29 year old Bryce Gibbs? Or what Collingwood just gave up for a 29 year old Dayne Beams? Sure, they were probably better players than Bruce at the times they were traded, but Bruce carries his own premium as a quality key-forward, who's also a workhorse running machine.

Libba resigned this year and is still good. Wally is expendable but he loves the club and is good depth. Perfectly suited to GC so if we wants to play regular senior footy I wouldn't stand in his way but I wouldn't push him out the door

Libba & Wallis are heart and soul players and could have a dramatic influence on locker room/playing group. Jong could go but don't see the point in trading two father sons after working so hard to keep them only a short while ago.

Naughton isnt playing chb

I just love his forward work at chf where he can get a good run at it. If bruce can play FF then all good.

Would love to get martin or tippa to the club and a few hundred K here or there isnt a deal breaker. Either player would flourish feeding off our midfield, IMO you are paying for that potential rather than current form.

Martin is versatile, would spend some time forward but also run on a wing.

Smith I dont get it, particularly if we got Martin.
