Nothing new, just the dogs have the cap to sign him and he genuinely seems happy with us. He reckons from his knowledge of situations like this is that the deal in principle (length, money) is already agreed upon now it’s the nitty gritty being sorted out. All the media noise is his manager trying to drum up a better deal / vultures doing their typical thing.

Would be a brave manager and player trying to drum up a better deal when you have a deal in principle agreed upon which stipulates money and length.

His insta profile says he's very happy to be at the club.

Anyway, it would be nice if a JUH deal was announced by the club later today, or tomorrow.

Would be a lovely bit of poetry going into the first game, hey?

I really want nothing more than it to be announced.

If anyone listened to Mitch Cleary on SEN this morning.. randomly threw in that the hawks had a late crack at Naughton last year?
Im going with a load of shi* in order to prove that he has info on the hawks going for Jamarra. Never heard about that last year..

Wouldn't be the first time a "journo" tried to cover his derriere, would it? 😎

Funny how the same stories aren't being hammered home about Errol Gulden who is also OOC and unsigned at the end of this year.

A journo has linked two other clubs to him but not getting as much airtime as Marra.
TBF there has always been something special in the media and the public eye when it comes to a star full forward.

Or in Marra's case, a star-to-be.
He hasn't kicked more than 35 in a season yet, but he certainly looks the complete package.

Good player though Gulden is/will be, I can see why Marra's contract gets the headlines.

Also a former number 1 pick

All of the articles just seem really lazy to me.

Swans don’t even need Jamarra. A forward line of McDonald, Amartey and McLean is more than enough. Would be a strange move. Not that they can afford him anyway.

Collingwood should be throwing everything at Jamarra, they need a great spearhead up forward. Mihocek is good but he's not the main man.

I feel like they could afford him quite easily 😅

Buddys gone and Sam Reid isn't far off. That a stack of salary cap cleared.

Not that I think Jamarra is going anywhere

I’m yet to see anything above average from McDonald, not sure I see a star there tbh - good kick good mark doesn’t move overly well no real stand out strengths. Probably be a very solid player don’t think he’s a star fwd though, and is a risk of leaving.

Amarty is very average and McLean is fine as a 2nd ruck.

Their tall fwds are probably good enough but I wouldn’t call it a strength, and they’d absolutely jump at Marra, as anyone would

Gulden and Warner will be million $ + to stay, McDonald will cost a bit if he stays - don’t think Reid would be on much these days. Not sure they’d have that much more cap space than us tbh

Swans cap is "bursting at the seams", according to yesterday's HUN.
Apparently they're paying more of Grundy's salary than expected.

Every club cannot not have enough of a young KPF like JUH

Every club wants JUH and Dogs have him let’s make sure we keep it that way

Gulden, Rowbottom, Florent, McDonald, Hayward out of contract end of year. Look out if McDonald has a decent year.
