Dudes he’s done. Like mega well-done to the level you wouldn’t even want to try chewing that piece of steak. I get the romantic side to it, but 2016 was almost 8 years ago now. He couldn’t get a gig at freo and was just okay for Peel. We have keath and Gardner already. We don’t need another C-grader.

Yeah it’s crazy, you just know the AFL isn’t taking into account the salary increases yet. Ridiculous they don’t take into account contract length when we all know that’s a key metric of someone’s real ‘value’ (when combined with $)

Good news but very surprising.

If I was his manager and he had two year deals available, I would be advising him to take it.

It's unlikely that Naughton and Ugle-Hagan will play every game going forward like they did this season, so I'm sure he'll get more than the one game this season. Unfortunately for him I don't think there is room for the three of them in the same forward line

If clubs spend enough to generate decent compo for fringe players then that’s just good fortune for the club they’re leaving. I don’t why people are so shocked at the compo, if McKay left Collingwood the pick would end in the mid twenties.

Funny how little shoots of positivity can swing your thinking. I was so indifferent about our club at the start of the week, but feels like we finally have some momentum.

Gives me some Hrovat vibes. Could be a nice player but on the smaller size and slower size. Think he might be just below AFL level.

His VFL stats look good to be fair and it is a tough side he is trying to break into.

Small & slow just doesn’t cut it anymore, you need an absolute stand out elite trait like CD whose one of the best ball handlers in the league & has top of the top level elite vision & disposal.

Sorry, I think this is so underwhelming. Extensions for two players we already have including one that’s yet to establish himself.
A throw at the stumps for a player who was a high draft pick, but is injury prone.
A shot at a high draft pick that we may have to give far too much for that will be diluted and we may not even get the player we really want.
Hope the trade & draft period improves from here on in.
