He could well end up being the best of the 5 in time as a Ruck/Fwd.
Not really sure what to make of Balta or Chol as they’re both really bits and pieces utility types which makes it hard for them to nail a regular spot.

I can see Balta taking Broads spot or at least challenging strongly.

Apparently being left out of the finals and the two GF's this year is making him reconsider, as he's concerned he's lost his role in the seniors side

To be fair, it's a legit concern when you look at who people are saying our starting 22 is in 2020

Never been more Bullish in regards to a young Ruckman since Ottens.

I’d trade Balta and Chol before CJ for sure.

was 7th in our BNF after round 16 or something which gives an indication of how our coaches rated him...just fell off a cliff and got put in a new role at VFL and struggled even more. we need to retain him to cover Brandon

if Richmond have to give up picks for Tom Lynch, to the Suns then they are trading for him...

IMO a better system is the no compo pick NBA model. AFL wont do it cause they want equalization but richmond keep bossing the league

Yeah, I'd prefer something closer to NBA system but if they are going to have compo, that way is at least fair. It's basically trading, but with the players in control rather than the clubs.

I don't think we'll trade all our fringe depth, but if we're getting a few mid draft picks I doubt we'll use them all after our first two are decent. I hope we look at bundling then up to a club that needs points for academy or F/S and improve our draft position. With some of our guns moving past 30 it's probably a good chance to further build that next gen core of players.
