Do not think so. The deal will be 9 and next years first with a haggle over another pick coming back. People can say what they want about Conners but he steers his players into deals that end up being pretty fair to all parties.

He may not be our inside bull, but he is a huge upgrade on a guy like colyer. We just replaced a bench player with an All-Australian. Changes the makeup of our team significantly.

Do not agree. We have plenty of under 24 players who are best 22. We have picked in the top end of the draft. Time to use the trades to push ourselves up the ladder before Hurley , Hooker and co are finished as players.

What does this do to our drafting talent the this year and next?
We didn't have a first round last year, we won't have one this year and probably not next year either.
That worries me.
Means we'll probably start moving out players to move back up the drafting ladder.

We are about to enter our window must cash in the next 3-5 years with the talent we got.

I have no idea. Was being played as a small forward more than a mid and wanted to play midfield. That's all I've got.

Its overs but that's what it will likely to be. Club is well positioned with young elite talent and now it is time to try and snag a flag. Worth it in order to complete our list imo.
