Essendon can hardly trade it to North for nothing as part of a separate deal

Hawthorn will trade Anderson and their own pick 39 to NM for pick 15.
Then when 15 and 18 go to Essendon for Carlisle, Hawthorn will get Essendon's pick 41 rather than that going to NM as in the previous deal.
