Early I know, but my mate who plays for the Cats reckons that Prismall is unhappy at a lack of opportunity. reckons he has served more of an "apprenticeship" than Selwood. My mate overheard him bitching to Neil Balme. Reckons he wants out at the end of the year if things don't change... Maybe the Cats will try to offload him to Sydney in exchange for Luke Ablett...re-unite the whole lot of them. (although they all really should be at Hawthorn!)

Prismall is too classy of a player to be stuck in the 2's, but he is unlucky because he is competing with Joel Selwood for the same position who is a absolute GUN. If we are gonna trade him, another club better offer a good deal.
wouldnt surprise me if pris is unhappy, too good of a player to be langushing down at the twos. i been saying on the geelong board for ages he should be in our best 22.

Actually it is not Illegal to trade someone who is under contract, any player can be traded, all that happens is that the team who aquires a player takes on their contract.

Could this work out simular to the Brent Maloney situation. Not that he wanted to leave but in the sense that he was a pretty good player that we wanted to stay but could get good currency for.
Prismall is a great young player i think who should be in the side everyday of the week in front of Kane Tenace. I can see why he would be annoyed. But as we saw at Brisbane successful sides are hard to get into, but if you are patient and keep performing rewards will come.

I imagine (and hope) that Carlton would love to get Prismall if he indeed wanted to leave. Personally, I rate him very highly.
Prismal is gonna be one of the best midfielders in the future, It is rediculous he isn't playing and should definetly be ahead of Tenace. Atleast if he goes we should get an awesome draft pick, but I would rather keep him.

he would have to be one of the classiest kickers going around and is a hard in and under midfielder. I was just thinking that if he did leave, Carlton should really try for him. Imagine Gibbs, Murphy and Prismall in the midfield in a few years time.
