Not looking good for Kennelly. He did a similar injury last year and didnt string together more then 3 consecutive games before getting injured again. I just have to hope one of Waters or Kennelly can play out the season. Its not looking good for both of them. Hopefully it isnt OP for Beau Waters.

Im thinking this week if Beau Waters plays.

Out Tippett, Rioli
In Davis(72k), Chapman

Week after
Out Palmer, Kennelly
In Cotchin, Mcphee

Leaving me with 214k

When Cornes come down in price (hopefully below 380k)

Out Pfeiffer
In Cornes

Later on
Out Armitage, Cotchin
In Bartel/Kane/Cross, rookie

Team would be

Cornes, Shaw, Goddard, Milburn, Mcphee, Waters, Bradshaw - SDT, Hansen
Corey, Swan, Priddis, Stevens, Goodes, Bartel/Kornes/Cross
Cox, Simmonds - Kruezer, Van Rheenan
Pavlich, Riewoldt, J. Brown, B. Johnson, S. Johnson, Chapman, Burton - Valenti, Davis

______________________________________________

If Waters and Kennelly out for long term.. Bit of trouble for me.

Would probably do something like this.

Out Armitage, Rioli
In Wellingham, Chapman

Week after
Out Tippett, Kennelly
In Davis(72k), Mcphee

Week after
Out Waters
In 350k back (J. King)

Week after
Out Kreuzer/Valenti/Ebert/Wellingham, Pfieffer
In 83k player, C. Cornes

Leaves team as

Cornes, Shaw, Goddard, Milburn, Mcphee, King, Bradshaw - SDT, Hansen
Corey, Swan, Priddis, Stevens, Goodes, Palmer
Cox, Simmonds - Kruezer, Van Rheenan
Pavlich, Riewoldt, J. Brown, B. Johnson, S. Johnson, Chapman, Burton - Valenti, Davis

Both very good options, not 100% sure wat houlis be would be but im guessing it is quite high after this weeks performance so on that fact, i would be leaning towards option 2. Rioli has a be of 60 which will most likely suggest he will go up a little or at worst go down 1 - 5k. Then again chapman wont stay this cheap for ever. Up to u in the end.

Thoughts on ROkeef or B Johnson + 20ish k
Cheers mate.
BJ for me

Out: Jack/Bird
In: Murphy/Scotland

Such tough choices.

Might downgrade Gamble to Valenti this week so I can make another upgrade next week.

Rioli out

Chapman in

leaving me with approx 20k

or Okeefe in leaving me with 60k

Both have B/Es under 55

whats the better option?

I'm probably looking to get rid of Marty '12 tackles' Mattner this week as I just can't stand him as a DTer. Probably mainly looking at Burgoyne but I'm just wondering what everyone's opinions of Andrew Mackie are? Doubt I can afford him unless I downgrade someone but the offerings in defence this year are slim. My backline at the moment:

Shaw, Cornes, S.Fisher, Goddard, Birchall, Milburn, Mattner Edwards and SDT

I'm also sort of keen to downgrade Jack/Armitage and then upgrade Houli before his price drops.

I've got 3 options for a straight trade up to Chapman in the forward line; Mooney, Rioli and Monfries.

At this stage considering Mooney given i have Steve Johnson, i think 3 Geelong forwards would be risky if one of them has a shocker.

Rioli would be good to go, but with Melbourne coming up this week he could very well pull a big score out of the bag and increase in price further.

Monfries i just haven't made my mind up about, it's possible he'll come good but just as possible he'll keep sitting around the 65 mark and if some of the Essendon players return he might lose his spot.

Thoughts?

Is trading Bradshaw (have him as a backmen) to Sam Fisher a good idea? Especially with Brown hitting some form, Bradshaw doesnt look like he will score big

i need to dump two of N.Jones, T.Cloke and X.Ellis, in list of most needing the boot:
T.Cloke
X.Ellis
N.Jones

dont really know what to do thought

Maybe just Cloke to Pav or Buddy???
then wait for Chornes to get back and move the X man on......

I wouldnt mind offloading him but he will stay as my 7th back because of so many injuries in the backline this year. I think he can average 75-80. He did in 06, he averaged 80+ with Brown playing but after Brown got injured he was the one who got the best defender but he still managed to average 77. Its up to you though, just giving you some stats.

The way the backs are going if they're not injured I wouldn't trade anyone out, Ellis has a good score anyway so will go up a bit the next couple.

Upgrading Cloke is a good idea, if you need the cash downgrade Jones to Cotchin/Wellingham.

Travis Cloke has gotta go.

no idea what my plan is.
but my trades will revolve around that.
excited about Valenti though (6 tackles :D). maybe him.

14 trades left. time for some doubles.

I'm sure Salopek and Akermanis wouldn't be his main problems. Otherwise, he'd be ranked first by a mile.

You don't always have to fix your biggest problem first, if there is a good upgrade option available then you should take it.
Aker to Chapman imo is definitely worth it, chappy wont be at this price again this year. Swan also looks like he's back to full fitness after the break, with salopek though I think he is good enough to keep around for a bit more, but I can also understand the rationale behind the upgrade.
