Reports out of training a week or so ago had Ben Cunnington tearing Can Zurhaar a new one for wheeling around instead of handballing to the runner coming past. We know that a new game plan and system takes at least 18 months to bed in as it requires a lot of instinctive and habitual behaviours to be changed. That's where the leaders come into it. And it's not just about the kids. A lot of more experienced players have habits that are more firmly entrenched. A few of these old dogs need to be taught new tricks.

IIRC that was one of Pagan's rules. No U turns. Some snippets from some of the players on some of Clarko's changes are that they are bunch of little things that are really easy to understand. Sounds like no U turns is one of them.
