I haven't seen enough of him to comment tbh. I asked about him in the championship thread a while back and didn't get much back. Not Sancho given he is a CM. From what I have seen he is too slow to play on a wing or IF. More a tricky tall CM who beats players with tekkers and smarts. Maybe a taller Foden? So many variables tho at 16.
So a jack rodwell clone?

£50m pounds for a 16 year old playing in the championship is absolute madness.

Vinicius Jnr went for £39m but was 18 years old.

Neymar went for £50m, however he was 21 years old at the time and had been playing for Brazil for 3 years.

I'd argue the Brazilian league is a lot easier to gauge their proportional talents given the amount of players that regularly come out of it.

No pressure on Bellingham or anything.... He'd want to be a permanent starter and a bloody good one at that cost up front.

Where next for Drinkwater?

Aston Villa are poised to make a decision on Danny Drinkwater’s future after the midfielder’s latest misdemeanour.
Drinkwater will be fined following a training ground confrontation with Jota, after the Chelsea loanee headbutted the Spanish attacking midfielder during a six-a-side session.
Villa are paying half of Drinkwater’s £120,000-a-week wages after signing him on loan in January and are considering their next move, with head coach Dean Smith in talks with the club hierarchy.
It is believed Villa may struggle to reach an agreement with Chelsea to scrap the deal prematurely, but they could instruct the England international to train away from the first-team squad. Jota will also be consulted for his opinion....

This is everything that's wrong with publications/journalists nowadays. Who knows the mental impact this type of shit has on players.
Probably affects him less than this I’d imagine

Also pathetic.

Only thing I would say is as paying members/fans one could argue they have a right to voice their opinion on their side, I don't see how one could argue journalists/publications have a right to bully the players they are reporting on.

No one ever has the right to be racist.

Shame the Sancho stuff is all quiet with us. Looks like were balls deep into Werner which to be fair will be an absolutely cracking signing.

Then I'm hoping for Havertz.

Will probably need more in the summer. Some full back depth more than likely. Several players will go, Lallana, Shaq, Clyne, Lovren maybe.

Even in the middle of a crisis you can always count on Jod to be transfer obsessed.
Not surprising really. Would bottle LFC farts if he could
