Can't see it to be honest. It'd br a complete 180 from all the other list management decisions made by Silvagni in his (albeit short) time at Carlton. Reckon we'd much more likely go after Vickery for an 'out of favour' KF and pay him more, due to being mid 20s, and getting rid of Jones amd hopefully Casboult.

If you sign him on a $350,000 a year contract over two years while Curnow,Mckay develop could be a win win.
Vickery is another liam jones plays good for 5 mins go missing the rest

Understand where you're coming from but Curnow andMcKay are more than 2 years off it, especially McKay. Ideally we have a senior KF kicking 35-40 (around the mark of Vickerys BEST season) for next 4 or so years, there isn't a lot going around (unless we wanted to pay overs) but Cloke probably can't fit in those 4 years.

Big Trav is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma. So sudden was his drop off in form that you'd really be rolling the dice to take him on. He might find form again at a new club or he might just be straight up cooked. His best is pretty good though so the Doggies would have to take a long, hard look at him.

Please don't pick him Bulldogs. I like Cloak, but the Dogs need to continue drafting kids and building a forward line with a future, not a 1 year stopgap.

Pies to play hardball. First rounder or nothing
No-one will give that up. Bulldogs will get him. It makes sense, Redpath is injured and they need another target. At a minimum Cloke takes a good defender, he is a physical beast and demands a decent player.

I'd be saying it'd be a straight swap for Jong.

Would be an interesting trade, but the important part wont be public...i.e. how much of his salary will Collingwood continue to pay?

The more they pay, the higher the pick, so if you see something like a 2nd rounder, then you know Collingwood is paying almost all of his salary.

The other interesting part is that he's moving for more opportunity, so you'd expect there would be a pretty solid element of expecting to be selected...Not going anywhere as insurance.

Theres only one cloke. David. Forget abt him tigers. We have enough fragile minds in the team as it is.
