I’ve been thinking about names for my little one that’s on the way.

I’m liking ‘Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch’

It sounds better to say..

The Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch isn’t eating solid food yet

And

The Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch just shit on the living room floor.

Perks of being in isolation due to being a close contact: got to do a postal vote. Don't have to put up with people at polling places now.

We just snuck into the ‘8km from a polling booth’ criteria for postal voting. By the time they limit the numbers inside and swab each booth down between voters (not sure if they will really do this 😉) it could take ages.

Found out on the radio yesterday that old campaigners also get a tax break, just for being old. No income limit, it just raises the tax free threshold. So all your old campaigner CEO Pollie types are getting a fat tax break just for being old, that your average 20 year old scratching by ok 40k doesn't. The whole system is so ****ing rigged for boomers it's laughable
