Banter TRTT Part 13: 2021 Goodbye (To 2022)

As I mentioned in the game day thread, I was on my way out of Freeling, waiting to turn on to Thiele H/way, having to give way to a couple of cars turning right and others continuing on along the highway towards Kapunda, when one of the turning cars misjudged the speed of the oncoming vehicle (its 100kph along that road). The oncoming car had no chance of missing him, and I sat their waiting for something to deflect into my car.

Cars are a bit of a mess but both drivers are ok.

Fortunately nothing happened to my car but watching the game last night was just the same, waiting for the crash.

Then to top it off, just after 11, my wife said to me that we should head over to Wallaroo. We were originally going to head over this morning. So we quickly finished packing the car and got here about 1am.

At least I can relax for the weekend with a great view and maybe a couple of beers.

Been a few accidents over the years at that intersection been a bit better since they upgraded it...

4 days after my daughter tested positive to covid I am now positive. Feel like absolute

I am taking some time away from all things AFL as i have no passion anymore and am sick of the negativity associated with it. If the passion comes back then i will come back. I would like to thank the informative fans, passionate fans, old school fans, banter, laughs, club insiders sharing info etc. Cheers to you all. We have a great bunch of people on here.
