When I was out on satdy night, one of the girl football teams was having a '90s' night dressup.

Chicks dressed as Mario, Luigi, Ninja Turtles, etc. Fluro tracksuits. Legwarmers.

To me that's all 80s stuff. Am I out of touch? No I don't think so. It's the young ladies who are wrong.
Definitely 90's.
Shell suits (baggy) - 90's
Super NES - 90's
Turtles - 90's
Legwarmers - 80's

hahahaha, you liked the 90's not the 80's all along!

At the time Roger's version was my least favourite but if we'd gone with that one as the only design we'd probably still be wearing it. Relatively simple design - least likely to date - and teal decisively the third colour

I'm telling you what, if we'd gone with this as the only design we'd still be wearing it and it would be the best jumper in the AFL:

It's awesome. Way better than the home jumper we have now.

It was the 80's until about 1994 and the 90's until about 2003.

I have said before on here that hair metal peaked in the early 90s.

Poison, Warrant, Skid Row, Europe, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Winger, etc etc all released some of their finest work.

Never heard of ‘em.

Were Bon Jovi the ones that played at AAMI?

Those were all pretty much shit. Grunge killed it and that was very early on in the 90s (bleach came out in 89 but without much commercial success)

Is he describing how the atmosphere is "uncomfortable" and "you can't help but wonder about the long term health of the participants"
Lets check his credentials for Boxing commentary shall we:

Absolute Beryl - Check
Spent his youth in the library computer room - Check
Biggest fight = untangling a vexing mouse cord - Check
CTE panic stricken - Check

It's bizarre tbh.

I like Bleach & In Utero but Nevermind doesn't do it for me it's too over produced for my tastes.

Kurt was a decent songwriter he probably would've been better off if Nevermind never happened & they stayed at moderate success levels.

Grabbing all of the doona mid-winter after you've come.

If that’s what it is, then Mrs B is an Arctic Blast aficionado.
I sometimes think I’m living with a human-sized burrito.
