The only thing happening here is that you've heard enough idiots blaming the vaccine for heart problems that now every time someone dies of heart problems, your brain subconsciously associates it with all the stuff you've heard about the vaccine. That doesn't actually mean it's happening with any more frequency, it just means your brain is reacting to the news differently.

Didn't you admit that the other doctors claims of vaccine injury data being repressed, under reported, and not investigated properly are probably true, and therefore that the data, the science, is not accurate?
No, I said that doctors were probably being pressured not to publicly bring attention to every case of a person suffering health problems soon after getting the vaccine. That's not the same thing as accusing them of fudging the numbers themselves. Fudging the media narrative, sure.
