It must be coincidence that everyone bags Lindsay Thomas and Lachie Hansen?

Come on, this is now getting beyond a joke. The amount of times we get smacked by quality opposition is now bordering on embarrassing. The last time we beat a top 4 side was against who? Yep, the saints, in 2009 under Darren Crocker.

This guy insists that Thomas and Hansen are in our best 22, brought Ben Mckinley in to the club (for 1 terrible game), and gets completely out coached on game day.

Time to go Brad...thoughts?

Harvey is a big problem, only want to front run get the easy ball and bag younger players who do more and are harder than he is. You guys should get rid of him, he is a sook and a poison to the young guns at the club.

When will X stand up when will X do this and that, I want to know when Harvey will stand up and be true to his word. The young guys are not the problem, some are top line guns. He is a gutless coward and i have zero respect for him as a footballer.

the vastmajority of commentators and BFers had north in the bottom 3.

I'd say scott's done a great job. their list is crap.

I've been saying it all along.

B.Scott is a blowhard that is all talk with no substance.

Ever since he trotted into North he has talked about top 4 and matching it with top teams, yet all that has happened is they have been flogged by them.

So how can it be that he can say one thing, be proven wrong time and time again, yet come under no scrutiny from either the Media or the North board?

All talk and no action is B.Scott. His brother on the other hand knows exactly how to go about things (and that has nothing to do with their lists)

Scott is fine. He's said repeatedly he's coaching to build a team that can win finals and win them consistently. That's why he leaves our younger players on guys who are bigger and stronger than them: so they can learn and get used to the pace required to be that team.

We could have brought Pratt and the like in to try and stem losses but we didn't.

St Kilda are a side that's played three Grand Finals in two years. There's no shame in them being better than a very young side. That said, the Saints very much remind me of North circa 2000/2001. They are still big and good, but their best is behind them. They'll get done and easily in the finals.

Last year we probably snagged one or two more than we should have. This year we've been desperately unlucky in a few. We weren't going to win the flag either way.

As a side, we've certainly improved this year.

Well you predicted that North would beat St Kilda in both of our games this year so I'll take your opinion with a grain of salt.

We've been competitive with all the top 8 sides this year unlike North so whilst we might get beaten we certainly won't get beaten easily. Most sides would be very nervous about meeting St Kilda in a final.

mate, brad scott has done a fantastic job this year.

he has a very ordinary list, about 11 of norths best 22 had little to no pre season and has been able to get them close to the top 8.

thats a very good job

I think with Harpers strong form, Campbell able to kick goals and Wright to come back Thomas will struggle to make the team.
Hansen should be placed as our CHB.
Macmillan should also be in, next year for Rawlings. Also Grima out for Delaney atm. If Grima has a good pre season and gets back to 2009? form...

If we finish 9th or 10th next year, then I will be worried. 13-9 and good percentage should be our aim, make it safely inside the 8

Jesus christ, what do you have against him? Yeah he is an outside player, a frontrunner, and plays for free kicks, but nearly ever small forward is. Did he kill a family member??

As for 'When will X stand up when will X do this and that' he singled out 2 players after a horrid game. Not sure Wright deserved it, but Hansen is clearly not at his full potential.

Here's what I posted in a thread that was locked on the polls board, so can't quote it. In response to someone saying it reflected poorly

Just like to point out that you thought it reflected poorly...doesn't mean he is any less of a leader. I doubt anyone on here will know how the players responded to Harvey (not necessarily in a game situation, off-field as well), and as such, can't question his ability as a leader.

The most over-rated, biggest over-reaction story this year the Harvey thing, as no one has had a tell-all interview that informs us of Harveys stature as a leader.
