Re: NFL Coverage in Australia (2)

Could have been the Eagles vs Baltimore, and I know which one I'd pick

that is because ESPN are broadcasting the Chargers/seachickens game, in the US, so we just get the espn feed rather than some random local tv feed

Re: NFL Coverage in Australia (2)

Still no updates on the One coverage this season?

I'll be incredibly pissed if they water it down from last year's coverage...

Re: NFL Coverage in Australia (2)

With NFL Season Pass I look forward to calling Fox & having the Sports package turned off for the next 6 months.

why not keep it for college football and other programs on ESPN

Re: NFL Coverage in Australia (2)

I love Game Pass even more now after plugging my laptop into my TV via HDMI. Pretty close to the quality we get from OneHD :D

but the quality of OneHd is poor, it has nothing on foxsports HD or ESPN HD. but i do run gamepass at 3000 when i watch it.

Re: NFL Coverage in Australia (2)

Yeah I got game pass this year too. Its just like being in the US again except when you run 4 games at once then Im back in Aus on a telstra cable plan...how long till the NBN hits Melb?......oh yeah right forget it maybe in 2021 I'll be able to veiw it how it was intended.

Re: NFL Coverage in Australia (2)

for those not already aware, NFL has a really good iPhone app. u need iOS 4 or above, but it has a great news section, comprehensive match reports and some highlights - like those with gamepass have said, NFL networks picture quality for pre season has been crap.

it was interesting during the lock out with the selected info being released on the official site.

anyway, check it out if u haven't already.

Saints @ Packers is on next Friday (9th) live at 10.30 am. Just had a look at the Advance Guides on the TV Tonight website. Guide only goes to Saturday the 10th at this stage.

Re: NFL Coverage in Australia (2)

I picked up gamepass in installments, I prefer to pay a bit more for getting exactly what I want than having the foxtel system where I've got to get a heap of bullcrap packages at an inflated cost. Been enjoying the preseason at the moment.
