Nope that's not how it works. Punch to the chin that sleeps someone shows no mark, barely stinging shot to the eyebrow can need stitches. Saying just looking at the face means anything is so far from the truth

Agreed it’s not the totality of striking but, it’s an effective indicator of significant striking, particularly in the early rounds of that fight

Each fight is different but, Umar was the better striker. Merab was the better fighter overall

An I gave round 1 to Umar, like I said round 2 was razor close and one judge gave it to Merab. That fight was much closer early on than you guys were giving it credit.
Umar was a better striker but it wasn't like Buckley vs Colby he had a couple better shots in the first round

Merab is the champion and is on one of the great runs. Moicano is a journeyman who's fallen into a fight against possibly the world's P4P fighter. A Moicano win would be an all-time upset.
