Well, I bagged the **** out of the little prick while he was at Arsenal and I've kept an eye on him and he's done bloody well as much as I hate to admit it.

Must say I loved his celebration too. Was happy for him. It was a fantastic couple of minutes, was pretty pumped for them to get up.

He's our third choice centre half now with Sagna gone. Is a required player I would've thought. But it would have been quite frustrating to sit on the bench for so much of last season as captain of the club.

His confidence just appears completely shot. Very strange, he was a gun a few years ago. Also had a decent left foot strike on him and had a good eye for gold.

Has made some howlers in recent seasons and mentally it seems to have really affected him.

How the hell does he have a £30m release cause anyway? Wow.

But anyway, this is a decent outcome to pocket an extra £8m but as long as it goes towards another purchase rather than improving our capital adequacy ratio even further. Would make sense that we probably wouldn't want Campbell and Vela back, and I think Campbell is the much better option to return.
