...and?
The trailer is about a movie not about International Women's day.the ghostbusters trailer, international womens day, women
That would have generated a lot more criticism than the trailer has currently got. Would have been an admission that it is just a PC gimmick.Today's International Woman's Day, and yet the trailer was released last week.
What's the problem with associating the trailer / movie with today? It was always going to be female adaptation. That would have generated a lot more criticism than the trailer has currently got. Would have been an admission that it is just a PC gimmick.
The cast should not be made an issue. It is there to make a point of difference between the first movie and this one , not to be made a political issue which is what would have happened if the trailer were released today. What's the problem with associating the trailer / movie with today? Yeh, my Mrs reminded me of that, but she has seen Deadpool. I am avoiding her tonight.By the way. Today is International Womens day

Yeah but I liked it.If you're talking about the 2015 release of Fantastic 4 it's pretty easy to argue against that.........
It flopped in the box office
Got panned by critics
Won worst picture, worst director, and worst remake/prequel/sequel at the Golden Razzies
The sequel got removed from the release schedule
Prometheus was a piece of shit, I can't say I'm expecting much with this one.I have some hope for Alien: Covenant as Ridley said it will be a hard R rating with scenes more gorey than the original chest bursting scene.
New trailer for CAP V IRONMAN is up and it shows some amazing stuff...
Off the top of my head the following you could argue have been successful (well semi in some cases... well not flops).
Planet of the Apes
Carrie
Fantastic Four
Robin Hood
Actually I think you would have a hard time arguing that any of those weren't at least incredibly disappointing if not horrible.
I thought Planet of the Apes was fantastic. So was the sequel.
Unless you're referring to the Burton/Marky Mark version?
Yeah, I meant Tim Buton's attempt I had completely forgotten they had made more since then. I take it you are saying you liked the recent Rise of and Dawn of POtA. I'm not much of a fan but I agree they were pretty well liked.
Yea I meant the recent movies. I was only thinking of movies released in the last 5 or so years. Robin Hood was pretty successful I thought. The rest come under the "not flops" remarkYeah, I meant Tim Buton's attempt I had completely forgotten they had made more since then.
