For the rest of this season we should only select guys based on ONE criteria - is this guy capable of being a premiership player?

The performance of Sturt tonight having waited TWO years for a game is an utterly horrendous indictment of the coach. I mean, what the actual *? Imagine if Sturt had 20 more games last year that were instead given to Banfield??

He needs to commit to football department resources what ever they are to setup 2024. Finally he needs to put the whole club on notice including his executive and head coach. And this needs to be an open and transparent statement. And finally stop treating the faithful like fools, shelve the platitudes and talk from the heart rather than a script from a marketing w***er.

C'mon, the Swans have their football academy advantage, have a look at some of the players that has provided them without the same constraints placed on other clubs. Favorite sons of the AFL who cannot afford to let them fail in the NSW market. Not saying we don't suck with our drafting though but Sydney have a huge advantage.

IMO we need to get rid of Alcock. We need a stronger Chair who holds Bell, Jlo and Garlick to account. We went too far the other way when people thought we had cultural issues under Ross. We're way too soft now.

We should be better than this. We're a wealthy club, with good facilities and good talent on the list. This is f*^ked that we keep getting it wrong. The rest of the league should be thankful that we've given them a leg-up for 28 years.

He picked up players like Worner that we could have had and a lot of players don't want to live in Sydney. When they won a week or so ago they had no backline.

Totally agree, all the preseason talk from the Club that sustained final fours and success was just empty promises. Did Brad Scott or Lyon come out with any of those claims?

No bc seriously what would've happened if we went 13 + F2 take it or leave it. They wouldn't have send him to the PSD, and he didn't really have any interest in going to west coast.

Brayshaw is carrying something so why doesn’t the club just come out with it instead of all the smoke and mirrors.
The game plan sucks. The coaching is lame. The players seem to have lost interest. Woeful performance.
