Brad Green. Picked him up cheap a few weeks ago as a nice unique midfielder. Was going along nicely scoring 90-100s and now injury. I have 2 trades left with Green, Cox, SJ all out atm. Hoping SJ gets back soon!

I've been trying not post on this thread but I've had enough

**** you to

Gia, SJ, Goodwin, Adcock, Cox, Sandi, Pav, & Chad.

Special mention to Jade Rawlings for dropping Cogs & Tuck for no ****ing good reason.

Honourable mention to my captain selections of the last 3 weeks Sandi (64 then injured), Jimmy (49 then injured) & Dids (45) and my inability to pick a benchman who can play more than 2 ****in games and provide any sort of cover or heaven forbid make some cash!

The DT gods are punishing me for the worst trade in history (Higgins to Buddy in Rd 10) but ffs through the dog a bone!

FMDT

That is all.

FCUK YOU to the following players
firrito. my smokie, who should have played mid all year, but must have allergies to big DT scores
adcock. injuring my backline when it was about to be sorted.
bartel. @sshole to the max
abblett. soft bitch who wont play if he is only 95%. needs to be fully fit or bust
foley. should have traded him 6 weeks ago.
muston. bit harsh on the kid but was supposed to be a little bit of backup just in case, now cant get a game
cox. mr consistancy and the year i submit to the "take good ruckmen because they can make or break your side" he falls over on the home straight
messen. same as muston except injured

SJ. traded him in to strenghen the forwards. now ballentyne is playing insted.

I am going to vent at Paul Chapman.

I understand, in AFL, injuries happen.

What I do not understand is why players who are durable like Pavlich, Johnson & Kornes must get injured while injury prone players like Chapman get to run free and crush me.

:(

Am I missing something?

Lol yeah. Especially at because at the start of the season I was like "I know Chappy's a gun but he burnt me with injuries last year, so I'll go Pav for durability"

Then later this year. "Johnson and Chapman are both doing well but I'll pick SJ because the last time I traded in Chapman he injured himself...."

Supposed 1 week injury that turned into 4 weeks out (3 games). Week 14 I had Goody, SJ, Pav, Gia and Sam Wright all injured in the forward line.
Ah well. I had Sidebottom and then Ballantyne to cover for him, didn't really bother me, as long as he plays out the rest of the year.

****ing hell. 1 week away from completing my team and this shit happens. Murphy and Higgins are injured. I hope Murphy's is only a small one but Higgins aggrevated his groin, that doesn't look good.

Don't you understand, you will never have a 'complete' team for this exact reason.

I know, but at least if I was able to complete it, I'd be able to maintain it with everything I have left. It's not such a huge problem though, it just means Rich will probably have to be a keeper.

Corey (c) last week, Chapman (c) this week...

My captain has failed to score a ton for the last 3 weeks. ****
I really can't remember the last time my captain has scored over 100, it seems my VC always scores over 150 though, (Selwood this week, ROK last week)

Stop complaining. Your own faults for not having Ablett or Swan and if you do have them and don't put them captain you're an idiot.

Not to much of a Vent but Kornes not getting 100 and if he would of i would of got 2100+

People who ask the BigFooty public for an accurate estimation of their forthcoming rank.

Having a nice, juicy 98 on the mids bench that goes unused, while copping a zero in the backs.

Hesitantly checking the late withdrawals on the AFL site, knowing that you've got bugger all cover if someone does end up missing.

People who ask the BigFooty public for an accurate estimation of their forthcoming rank.

This.

Also -

People who ask the same cohort for a scientifically-backed estimation of what they'll score, despite having a dozen players to come.

The phrase '[player name] is killing me'. Um, no, they're not. Unless you're playing a DT flavoured Russian Roulette, the chance of actually dying from a poor captain choice really isn't all that significant.

Also, odd, and kinda disturbing 'premonitions', for lack of a better word.

If Jimmy Bartel scores 25 this week, you know who to blame.
