This is a premeditated Vent.

I am about 75% sure Bowden will be dropped this week.

I'll be devastated he was doing so well for me, Playing well, getting high scores and making it impossible for people to pick him up.

Once he gets dropped I doubt he will make it back in the team unless the new coach has a new role for him...

I guess we will wait untill tommorow. The Irony is he got tagged last week because Brisbane thought he was dangerous and now he will most likely be dropped.
No way in hell he'll be dropped this week. Maybe a 30% chance he'll be dropped over the season. For being a spud.

**** you Dean Laidley. You are the worlds biggest ****. So big that I could fit my head inside you.

Youre not fooling anyone with your Out: Ziebell (leg) charade. No one is buying it. Anyone that does buy it can go and get ****ed. He was on the radio the other day and there was no word of it. He played the game out fine. I watched him bang his missus last night and he had no problem.

So dear Dean Laidley. **** you. You ****ing dirty ****.

My thoughts exatcly, **** YOU DEAN LAIDLEY, thanks for my 4th 0 in the forward line for this weekend

Rhys Shaw or Mattner to pick from now :) Hopefully he keeps playing his attacking role and rocking up 110+

Why would he even bother? The last two weeks he's played on his own starting outside the centre square and been very effective. I can't see any reason that would change, especially with a dodgy shoulder.

Jarred McVeigh has been seeing a bit of attention in a few games this year.

Might be who Kane goes to, if he does tag at all.

Dear Dean Laidley,

**** you. Here's why

  • Liam Anthony injured on Wednesday. Teams named on Thursday - what the ****? Seriously, what the ****? Round 1 as well, you mother****ing ****.
  • Jack Ziebell out, in the same week that ****ing Higgins is injured. What the **** are you playing at? Rest him next week when I won't cop a zero, you heartless bastard.
  • I blame you for Skippy's injury as well. If you didn't play that bullshit midfield zone, Skippy wouldn't have cooled down, and wouldn't have done his hammy. You ****er.
  • Ben Warren could do with more midfield time as well. You prick.
Love,
BtG

Dear Neil Craig.

Just a friendly letter to let you know that you are a dead man if you pull any funny business with Simon Goodwin's injury. You have named him, so i expect him to play, or else...

And Brett Ratten, please bloody play Robinson.

Id just like to let all you venters know that my team is going swimmingly, I never had Ablett, Richo, Kornes, Hodge, Hartlett, or Ziebell and am now about to benefit from Raines, and N. Brown coming back into the side as well as my mastermind trade for Joel Corey. Not copping any zeros this week.

Life is great.

I'm at a hostel using the shitty internet that is soooooooooo ****in slow it takes 1min to load a page on bigfooty, and wont let me login to dreamteam. After copping 5 zeros last week I really need to do some fixing and CANT BLOODY DO IT!

Relatively minor in the grand scheme of things, but Nick Malceski.

Bought him expecting a conservative 75 average, with anything above a positive - Now averaging 64, a delightful improvement of two points on last year's average.

Expected him to move back to the half back flank where he scored those two tons last year - Has spent almost every week playing as a leading forward, then when he finally spent a bit of time playing back this week, he manages to pick up 18 touches but only score 49.

Took him over Mundy, Drummond and Hargrave - all are averaging at least 20ppg more.

And to top it all off, I wouldn't be surprised if he's given the arse this week and spends the next month plodding around in Canberra picking up 79 touches a game, only to return and average somewhere in the mid 60s.

**** it.

Well on the way

Despite my far fetched hopes of him being a late inclusion, I have to relegate him to the bench in order to name two mid emergencies to cover the possibility of both Swan and Kornes being late withdrawals. More than willing to cop the lower score of Beams and Robinson should only one miss.

If he comes in and pulls a 130 out of nowhere I think I might give up.

Malceski wont play - no chance at all.

Had basically a full interview with paul roos in the paper today.

They asked him if he wanted to play reserves, he thought about it, they decided he needed it. Hes been ripping up the track, but roos wants him playing good footy and getting his confidence back - may be a week, may be a month.

Cheers Lakey.

Hopefully it's sooner rather than later.

Lifelike - It depends.

I reckon that he will most likely be back after a week.

Thats not what is really best for him in the long term though - id keep him in reserves until he'd strung together 2-3 good games in a row and then bring him back in. That would be the most effective way of doing it. But, in all reality, he probably wont miss more than a couple at most.
