I just had a look at this and the interview with her mother beside her bed in ICU.
What I found odd was she is supposedly seriously ill in ICU and her mother isn't wearing a mask.

it wont. 73% of sites breaking the law means nothing. There are far more dangerous and illegal practices that go on which dont get worksites shut down.

Thats the real reason why under 12s cant get the vaccine. Theyre being sent to churches instead so that priests can inject them with 'hopes and prayers' instead.

2 builders operating a deregistered demolition company knocked down a heritage protected building over the course of a few days after being ordered to stop, leaving a pile of uncovered asbestos rubble which they then dumped uncovered on a suburban site among houses when instructed to dispose of it safely, so that they could sell the land to developers for double the price or more.
and the victorian governments response was to compromise by imposing a fine which would have been 10% or less of the profit, and ask them to at least make it a 'park' in the meantime before selling the land.
no, i have no confidence in the government holding the builders to any sort of account or standards. but if an architect chooses the wrong shade of grey glass, well you're ****ed mate.

"the City of Melbourne and Planning Minister Richard Wynne to take action against the pair in VCAT, seeking an order for the pub to be rebuilt." - ie, what should be done to builders who deliberately demolish or build illegally, which is make them rebuild or demolish it and bad luck if it sends them broke
"At the eleventh hour, a deal was struck and the men were ordered to clear the site and submit plans to turn it into a temporary park while they sought permission to redevelop the land." - ie the pathetic compromise that the developers could still develop the land they illegally demolished, as long as they made it a temporary park for a while

In November last year, Supreme Court judge and VCAT president, Justice Michelle Quigley, found them and their company guilty "by reason [of] their wilful and deliberately defiant non-compliance".
"The arrogance and lack of respect to the tribunal and to the proper administration of justice without any or reasonable justification or explanation is unacceptable," she said.
Justice Quigley fined the company $150,000 and jailed the men for one month.
She also made them liable for legal costs, bringing their total fines to $400,000." - ie, them being jailed for contempt for ignoring the court agreement above
At the time the land value was estimated to have increased from 5 to 10 million after the demolition, so a 400k fine is less than 10% of that. i work in the industry, that sort of fine is seen as 'the cost of doing business'.
